September 5, 2017, China Association of Health Promotion and Education Micro Ecological Health Branch was established in Beijing, this is the third branch in recent two years.
Yin Dakui (Ex-Vice Minister of the Ministry of Health, Ex-President of China Association of Health Promotion and Education), Bian Zhenjia (Ex-Deputy Director of China Food and Drug Administration), Wei Jigang (Director of State Council Development Research Center of Industrial Economics Research), Mu Jianhua (Ex-Director of State Administration for Industry and Commerce Consumer Protection Bureau), Huang Zemin (Executive President and Secretary General of the China Association of Health Promotion and Education), Deputy Secretary-General Tao Maoxuan, as well as business representatives and health care workers all over the country, 900 people witnessed the establishment of the Microecology Health Branch Association.
Yin Dakui said in his speech, “As the development of modern scientific and technological level, people continue to deepen the understanding of the abuse of antibiotics, the era of advocating microecology health has come, new health concepts and new health management methods will also be spread and popular in China”. He once again stressed the importance of disease prevention and also hope that the majority of health care workers should strive to learn micro-ecological knowledge, apply their knowledge, provide more effective health and health services to people.
Bian Zhenjia congratulated on the establishment of the Microecological Health Branch. He said that last year General secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that we should accelerate the construction of healthy in China, and strive to protect people's health all around. The establishment of the Microecological Health Branch is a good thing and practical thing to build a healthier China. We sincerely hope that the establishment of micro-ecological health branch can increase the micro-ecological health propaganda efforts, unite all the people to contribute for Chinese health.
On behalf of the Fifth Council of the China Association of Health Promotion and Education, President Huang Zemin expressed his warm congratulations on the establishment of the Microecological Health Branch. He pointed out that in recent years, China's health education and health promotion has made remarkable achievements, but still face a severe test. At present, the health literacy level of our residents is 10.25%, but our goal should be 20% in 2020 and 30% in 2030, it is still far from our goal. To promote Chinese healthy construction, we must switch our focus from "disease treatment" to "health promotion". Under the national strategy of "People's health is a priority”, health will be integrated into all policies to accelerate the construction of a healthy China. China's health education and health promotion business is facing a golden opportunity. Microecological health branch is established in the right time.

In the meeting the People's Liberation Army 301 Hospital Digestive Disease Center Professor Yang Yingsheng made an academic report on micro-ecological health and chronic disease management. The meeting also launched the project of "Chinese residents micro-ecological health white paper", Professor Yin Dakui is the General Counsel of the White Paper Project.
