At the beginning of the New Year, on the morning of January 16, the 4th meeting of the 7th Sanya Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference was grandly opened at the Sanya Technician College. The meeting heard the work report of the Standing Committee of the 7th Sanya Municipal Committee of the CPPCC; listened to the report of the Standing Committee of the 7th Sanya Municipal Committee of the CPPCC on the work of the proposal since the third session of the Seventh Session.

At 9:15am in the morning, Vice Chairman of the CPPCC Huang Zhiqiang announced the opening of the conference. All stood up and sang the national anthem of the People's Republic of China.
In the warm applause, Rong Liping represented the Standing Committee of the 7th Sanya Municipal Committee of CPPCC and gave a report on the work of the 7th CPPCC Standing Committee of the CPPCC.
Ms Zhang Li, the president of Sanya Baitai Biotechnology Co., Ltd., the member of CPPCC, attended the conference.
