My favorite place - Yazhou Bay Science and Technology City

Today, I’m so glad to introduce my favorite place to you, the Yazhou Bay Science and Technology City, where is my work place and my home.

I came to the Science and Technology City on May 1st of 2011

In 2011, it was a large piece of corn & carob field here, but now, it becomes to our second plant, covering 50000 square meters. It includes Research and Development building, production lines, and employees' apartments. It also be my home.

Our company, Sanya Baitai Biotechnology Co., Ltd., was established in 2010, which is a high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, production and sales.

Our main production is nano Calcium Amino Acid chelate, which is currently the only molecular calcium source in the market.

In the history of calcium products, Calcium amino acid chelate is a revolutionary product, which breaks through the bottleneck of traditional calcium absorption. The absorption of traditional calcium products is particularly low, about 15% - 30%, with many side effects. After the technology transformation, the absorption rate of the chelated calcium reaches more than 90%, 3 times higher than traditional calcium products. Therefore, it is a new generation of calcium product benefiting human being.

In fact, scientific research is a boring job, because every day we are exposed to data, glassware, reagents and repeated experiments.

However, working environment is very important, especially the people you work with. After years, the people of Baitai are not only colleagues and leaders, but also look more like families. We often discuss and study together and make progress together, so it is very happy for us to do scientific research together. We are very pleased to see that each batch of products passed inspection and come into the market.

Nowadays, the science and technology City has introduced some high-end universities, enterprises and scientific and technological talents, and basically gathered elites from all walks of life. In the near future, we’ll have the opportunities to consult with high-end talents from all walks of life in the science and technology City.

The Living facilities in the science and technology City become better and better. Now schools have been basically implemented, hospitals and hotels have been built too, and basic necessities of life have been gradually improved.

I have been worried about the living surroundings here，because it is still under developing and far away from the downtown, so the issue of children's schooling has always been a big worry for me.

But, I am very satisfied with the Living facilities in the Science and Technology City now. In September of 2020, Sanya Huangdao Experimental Primary School began to enroll, it’s a good news for my daughter who is just Grade 1. Special thanks to the science and technology city for their efforts, the new school is definitely the Gospel for office workers.

In the past eight years, I have witnessed the development of science and technology City step by step, from dirt road to tall modern buildings, and from an empty city to full with elites from all walks of life. Because of the opportunity of free trade port, the construction and growth of the science and technology city is very rapid in the past two years.

Now I think I did the right thing by choosing to stay in the science and technology city. I'm glad I didn't choose to leave here eight years ago. I have gained a lot and grown a lot in past eight years, and I am looking forward to the brilliant future of the science and technology city.

I believe this place can realize my family's small dream, but also can realize my career's big dream. I love the science and technology city.
