The 4th WGP 2017, Sanya Classic event opened on November 10th.
Sanya Classic event is started today in Yalong Bay of Sanya. More than 190 windsurfing enthusiasts from 17 clubs at home and abroad gathered in Sanya and enjoy windsurfing.
The competition lasted for 3days, Nov. 10th-12th, and set up two projects: Men’s public level and Women’s public level. The competition will rank by the order of arrival, the top 15 of each team enter the final. The Yalong Bay coast is smooth and spacious, the water flows steadily in the sea, high safety, it is very suitable for the amateur competition.
According to reports, the event has been successfully held three times, it has been changed from a single event to multi-site series event inside and outside the province, such as Harbin Promotion, Sanya Classic, Haikou Grand Prix. With the development and growth of the competition, more and more contestants participate in the event. Except domestic players, many contestants come from the Czech Republic, Britain, Germany, Russia, Japan and other countries. The number of entries in 2017 is the most for years.
